1. Right of withdrawal
1.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
1.2 The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
2.1 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Escape Readz Publishing Köhler GbR, Helbigsdorfer Weg 4, D-01169 Dresden, Germany, email: hello@escapereadz.eu, of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
2.2 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of withdrawal
3.1 If the contract is cancelled, the supplier shall refund all payments received from the customer without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which notice of cancellation was received.
3.2 The supplier shall use the same means of payment for the refund as the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Specific features of digital content and subscriptions
4.1 In the case of contracts for digital content or digital services, the right of withdrawal lapses if the supplier has commenced performance of the contract after the customer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract may commence before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed that they thereby forfeit their right of withdrawal.
4.2 If the customer withdraws from a contract for a subscription, the contractual relationship ends upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Services already provided within the withdrawal period may be charged on a pro rata basis, to the extent permitted by law.
