Voluntary refund for e-books

We offer a voluntary refund for e-books within 24 hours of purchase. This refund is only available if the e-book has not been downloaded or opened.

Exceptions:
Escape Plus subscriptions are excluded from this refund policy.

Important: By making a purchase, you agree that we may begin providing the e-book immediately. This means your right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356(4)(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB). Our voluntary refund policy may be discontinued at any time or refused in the event of misuse. There is no legal entitlement to a refund.
